Long-term storage food
Status: Ongoing.
Since the first days of the full-scale invasion, we have been delivering food to the frontline Kharkiv with our own and hired transport. With the assistance of the Catholic community of Kharkiv, in particular the Holy Fathers Anatoly and Nicholas from the Church of the Holy Family, charitable foundations from Poland, in particular, Siepomaga and other benefactors, we provide military units we care about, and vulnerable categories of Kharkiv citizens with semi-finished food and hygiene products.
Since the beginning of hostilities in the army, almost everywhere the food supply has been well established. The state did a good job, and where there were bottlenecks, volunteers immediately joined in. The only exception is still the food of long-term storage, ready-to-eat, or fast cooking. That is the food that can be consumed on the front line or on the way when there is no possibility to cook. And, of course, delicacies that diversify the standard ration and facilitate the harsh army routine. This type of food is the specialization of our foundation. So far, about 30 tons of canned food, instant cereals, and noodles, sweets, etc. have been delivered and distributed.
